Our utility bills are very low. Each apartment has its own thermostat, so the tenants in each unit may set their temperature to whatever level they like. The central hallway of each building is glass enclosed, so that only two of the six sides of the apartment are exposed to the weather, while the other four are connected to heated spaces. Please compare this to other apartment buildings, which have open central hallways.
